The Cost of Policing Blogs

It's well known that the media obsessed government monitor blogs - especially if you can read your server logs. This is a good thing, at least they're trying to find out what people are saying and, slightly suprisingly, we haven't had anyone knocking at our door yet.
The PM's office and others have teams of people who read blogs all day (much like any modern office really) as nobody has worked out how to use Google Alerts.

But what does it all cost? John Reid's not saying.

Shame, we could put in a tender for the job if you want, we'll do it better and cheaper!
