World Arrogance spiralling downward in confrontation with Iran, Ahmadinejad
President-World Arrogance
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Tuesday that the World Arrogance and the bullying powers will spiral downward in their confrontation with Iranian nation.
Address a large public gathering, he said that certain bullying powers cherish a dream that they can drive the Iranian nation out of the scene with hue and cry, but, to no avail.
President Ahmadinejad said that the Iranian nation has become further resolute in reacting to the threats of the bullying powers, a reference to UN Security Council Resolution 1737.
"Leaders of US and the UK are unable to respond to questions brought up by their own people and have resorted to escalating war and bloodshed in the international community to divert public opinion of their own nations from their domestic shortfalls," he said.
He said that the US and UK governments have imposed heavy expense on their own nations by going to war.
"Respect for other nations rights is the only way to salvation.
"You should accept that you are subject to downfall and the way you opted for will not bring salvation to you."
On Iraq, President Ahmadinejad said, "We advised you so far to end occupation, but, you did not listen. Currently, you are entangled in quagmire and you have no way out.
"You have been entrapped in Iraq and even Saddam's execution will not give you a prestige. The nations in the region are fed up with US and UK leaders."
Elsewhere, President Ahmadinejad said that Iranian enemies think that they can thwart Iran's development by resorting to resolution at the United Nations, but, Iranian children will go ahead with progress to the dismay of the US and UK.

You talk of this "leader" (Mahmoud Ahmadinejad) as if he was a credit to his people and nation. Remember that the UN is that United Nations it is not the USA and UK rolled into one. Iran wants to control the oil just like every other greedy nation. If the US military pulls out of Iraq, what do you think will happen? I'll tell you what would happen, everyone other then a radical Muslim will die, and all the other countries surrounding Iraq will dive in like a pack of wolves and fight over the Iraqi lands.
So what your saying is...the world was actually better off WITH Saddam hussein in power.
Gas was cheaper, people weren't dying by the dozens daily, and the US had a fairly favorable standing amongst nations. Now the US is facing an economic shitstorm, is losing civil rights, and is hated by everyone except right wing militant Israelis and their liasons within US foreign policy circles. They are instigating and exploiting American xenophobia and hysteria.
You probably believed Iraq had WMDs, ties to al-qaeda, and the "terrorists"(not a domestic resistance) are fighting American troops. Now you believe the latest excuse...if the US leaves, there will be chaos.
Iran is only a perceived threat to certain Israeli/Saudi political interests. This requires American political support, wich means shaping American public opinion to benefit these ends.
How?
They will pull at your heart strings(oh the poor Iraqis), exploit your fears(the mushroom clouds are coming), and manipulate your opinion("I'll tell you what would happen") by using perception management techniques designed to confuse, distract, and disinform....with one objective in mind. Chaos.
If you think gas will be cheaper invading Iran, you haven't been paying attention. If you actually still believe president bush and his neocons, I feel sorry for you, because you don't even realize what is being done to you or you're experiencing cognitive dissonance.
